Is there a delivery charge?
For local customers living in a 3 mile radius of the store delivery is free

Can I collect my order instead?
Yes, alternatively you can collect your order from our Darlington store FREE OF CHARGE (you must choose the Collect from Darlington option at checkout).

We are open for collection from 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Saturday; our collection address is:



Do you offer a NEXT DAY service?
Yes, if you order before 10am (Monday to Friday) you can collect from us or we can deliver to you the next day. This does not include weekends.

Who will deliver my order?
For local deliveries, within our own delivery area your order will be delivered in one our vehicles.

How will my order be packed?
All raw meat products are delivered to you chilled and uncooked, and all are suitable for home freezing.

What if my order does not arrive?
If your order does not arrive when you are expecting it, please email us immediately at  or call us on 01325 358 390 and we will track your order and update you as soon as we can

What if my order is incorrect or damaged?
If your order is incorrect, damaged or you need to return it please email us within 12 hours of delivery at  or call us on 01325 358 390 and we will rectify this as soon as we can.
