Hung for a minimum of 14 days (often longer) these hand cut steaks offer the very best in taste and tenderness. All the excess fat and gristle has been expertly removed by our butchers so that you can cook these with minimal fuss once back at home. Why not try one of our steak sauces to accompany your steak.
Cooking tips
1-Remove from the packaging and place on a plate 15 minutes before you want to cook your steak.2-Brush your steak with oil and season with salt and pepper. Pre heat your grill or pan before cooking.
3-Try and only turn your steak once
4-Let your steak rest for up to 3 minutes before eating.
