These are hand made by us instore. We use our own steak mince and add a simple seasoning to it, we then fill it with a peppercorn sauce and wrap it in a gorgeous lattice of pastry. We then top it with a beautiful sea salt and lampung pepper oil. Just wait until you make the first cut into this and see the sauce ooze out.
